On the territory of the United Arab Emirates, two representative offices of the business Ambassador of Buisness Russia in the UAE have been opened – in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The structures assist Buisness Russia companies in entering the UAE market with the subsequent possibility of entering the market of the Persian Gulf states (GCC - Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia); and also assist Emirati companies in finding Russian partners from among the companies of the business association.
The office of the Business Ambassador of Buisness Russia in the UAE coordinates the process of entering the UAE market of Buisness Russia companies: provides consulting assistance in the selection of partners and contractors for the sale of products/services; organizes joint participation under the auspices of «Delovaya Rossiya» in major exhibition projects held in the UAE and the Russian Federation; interacts with representatives of government and business structures of the UAE; conducts market research, industry expertise, and assesses the competitiveness of products/services of Buisness Russia companies.
The Business Ambassador of Buisness Russia in the UAE has extensive experience in interacting with the business and business circles of the United Arab Emirates, as well as extensive financial and information resources. He is a member of the Russian-Emirati Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic and Technical Cooperation. It can provide comprehensive support in the sale of goods and services in the UAE, help enter the Emirati market, as well as place production on the territory of the free economic zones of the UAE.
One of the information resources of the business ambassador of Buisness Russia in the UAE is the official website https://businessrussia.ae/ru, which is an interactive communication platform for members of Buisness Russia who want to enter the UAE market. The website contains and presents promising projects of the association's members that can be implemented in the UAE. Operational feedback has been established with both Russian and Emirati visitors to the portal.
In October 2019, Maxim Zagornov organized the business mission of Buisness Russia to the United Arab Emirates. A delegation of Russian entrepreneurs successfully performed at the 21st International Exhibition on Water Treatment Technologies, Energy Technologies and Environmental Protection WETEX-2019 in Dubai. The joint exhibition aroused great interest among the participants of the exhibition. Over three days, the organization's stand hosted about 60 meetings and strategic negotiations with representatives of business and government of the UAE. Russian entrepreneurs were able to establish direct personal contacts with representatives of the Emirati business and hold negotiations on the development of joint projects in the United Arab Emirates.
In 2020, Maxim Zagornov initiated the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between Buisness Russia and the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry. According to the document, the parties will contribute to the strengthening of economic, scientific, technical and investment cooperation, exchange business missions, and support entrepreneurs in finding partners in both countries.
A similar Memorandum of cooperation was signed between Buisness Russia and the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Maxim Zagornov is a member of the General Council of the All Russian public organization Buisness Russia, chairman of the subcommittee on the small generation of the Energy Committee Buisness Russia. He is the owner and director of the ISS Group of Companies, the President of the Russian Association of Small Power Engineering.
Throughout his professional and social activities was repeatedly awarded diplomas and letters of gratitude of the energy committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, all Russian public organization Buisness Russia, the Ministry of the energy of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Chelyabinsk region. In 2019 he received a commendation from the Minister of the energy of the Russian Federation A.V. Novak for his great personal contribution to the development of fuel and energy complex of the Russian Federation, Chairman of Buisness Russia, A. E. Repik for contribution to the development of cooperation with the countries of the Persian Gulf. He became a finalist of the All-Russian competition «People of Business» in the category «Industry Driver», the winner of the International Award named after S. Y. Witte for outstanding contribution to the development of the national market of small energy and energy-efficient construction.
