The Hellenic Russian Chamber of Commerce was founded in Athens in 1995 on the initiative of Greek and Russian entrepreneurs and functions as an independent non-profit public organization.

The need to strengthen and develop Russian-Greek relations in the field of trade and investment gives the Chamber an important role as a reliable partner and consultant for the business communities of both countries.

About 300 Greek and Russian companies, official structures, business associations and individuals representing the interests of various spheres of economic activity are members of GRTR.


With the support of members of the Chamber, dynamic companies in most spheres of economic activity and within their interests, the Chamber aims to promote mutual economic, trade and business ties between Russia and Greece, offering practical tools for developing export activities and increasing the competitiveness of its members, social and cultural ties between the two countries.
